Mermaid Sango nabbed- colored

Eaglet1's [link] third request for winning my last contest.

Veran is a villain who finally gets her chance to prove it... instead of being the damsel as well. She's also a shape shifter and uses an eel style tail to wrap up Sango, and also makes sure she doesn't get to her sword or shout for help.

As for how Sango is a mermaid, I'm not sure, but she's cute isn't she?
