Never trust a holodeck

Really don't! When they're not malfunctioning, you can still be in trouble by accidentally picking the wrong program. If you're gagged and restrained then you'd have no way of stopping the program. The gag and cuffs can even materialize right on you without much warning! Guess that's the lesson Captain Janeway just learned. She'll be stuck until it's someone else's turn to use the holodeck. Won't be too long... depending on how many hours she booked.
