I know Orochimaru and Voldemort, it's been done. I've seen plenty of comics but no real fight scenes, at least any that I could find. There's also been plenty of discussions, and they tend to be limited to Voldemort automatically winning by firing off a death curse. I think the fight would involve a little more like that, but I think Orochimaru has enough tricks that he would win the battle in the end. This includes the clone jutsu.

Here Voldemort is using a shield charm to deflect attacks from clones for now.

no for sure cuz
you got to kill all 8 holcroxes
find them first
then one is always with him
he has an army of death eaters
and only one person can kill him
while 3 almost killed orochimaru then sasuke killed him
so total
voldemort:3
orochimaru:2(cuz he killed a hokage and amost killed the other 2 sanin)
so voldemort gets the edge (deadliest warrior reference)

But the question isn't who can kill the other. If it was based on that then neither would truly win since Orochimaru has seems to be nearly as hard to kill totally. He's come back to life like twice now. It's about who would win in a fight one on one. Orochimaru had a bunch of ninja and experiments at his disposal as well. So basically my idea is who would be able to either incapacitate the other or make the other retreat.
